Shell Flower Necklace
A pearly shell necklace with a flower motif. (Suits girls over 8 years)
What you'll need:
A shell flower pendant for each necklace
6mm fresh-water shell disc beads - about 80 per necklace
About 60cm of fine elastic bead cord per necklace
What to do:
Take a 60cm length of elastic bead cord, fold it in half, and push the loop through the hole in the flower pendant. Thread both ends of the cord through the loop to make a knot.
Now thread 35 - 40 disc beads onto each end of the cord. (Tie the first end loosely while you work with the second)
Tie the ends together in an overhand knot, and trim.
